Plan on 4–11 business days in total. We spend 1–3 business days picking and packing, then the carrier has it for 3–8 business days. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday — anything after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, starts processing the next business day. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, and we deliver across the United States.

Send us a return request within 30 calendar days of delivery. We reply within 24 business hours with an authorisation and the instructions for sending it back, and the return destination is issued with that authorisation because it depends on the item. Please do not post anything before you have it. Items need to be unused, in resalable condition, and back in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; if the item arrived damaged, defective or simply not what you ordered, it is ours. We do not run direct exchanges — return the original and place a new order for the item you want. Caught it early, within 2 hours of ordering and before dispatch, and we can cancel it outright.

We inspect the return when it lands and email you the outcome either way. Approved refunds go to the card or account you paid with within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer then needs its own time to post it, and that part is out of our hands. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Every order ships tracked. The number arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our tracking page using your order number and the email address you checked out with. Tracking becomes active up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation email, so an empty tracking page straight after dispatch is normal rather than a problem. If 14 business days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

The icons in our footer and the options on the checkout screen are the real list, and what you see depends partly on your device and location. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and full card numbers never reach our servers. Prices are charged in US dollars, with sales tax calculated at checkout rather than baked into the price you see.
